“To outsiders, it may sometimes appear that the partner email program runs itself, at least from a production perspective. Some serious wood knocking is required here, but the reason for this is because Kyle Larson has this thing down. He owns it. Sure, it is a team effort on the part of the entire production team, but Kyle is the person behind the scenes that is planning the resources, delegating tasks, fixing the issues, checking for quality, and executing the program deliverables (on time!). Don’t be fooled by Kyle’s seemingly laid back attitude. He cranks this stuff out and rarely makes errors. On the few occasions that mistakes are made, he owns (and fixes) those, too. His relationship with the partner team is rock solid, internally and externally. I have never had an easier time managing someone that is producing an email program. Even when he goes on vacation (Walleye opener coming up!), everything is planned out and thought out and ready to go.
